Shayne O. Gonzales

Co-Owner | President

Shayne brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction and trades industry, with a background spanning both residential and commercial work.

Over the years, he has worked as a remodeler, tile installer, and glazier, developing hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects. That background has given him an understanding not only of how things are built and repaired, but also of the small details that separate a finished job from one that simply gets checked off a list.

Outside of Precision, Shayne is a husband and father of two. His family, community, and church are important parts of his life and have helped shape the values he brings into the company — treating people with respect, standing behind your work, and taking pride in what you put your name on.

Ryan W. Harsch

Co-Owner | President

Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily maintenance and maintenance supervision.

His career has given him extensive experience troubleshooting repairs, maintaining properties, coordinating work, supervising teams, and understanding what it takes to keep both individual units and entire communities operating efficiently.

That experience is a major part of Precision's ability to serve property managers and commercial clients while also bringing a professional property-maintenance mindset to residential projects.

Ryan is also a husband and father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and getting outdoors whenever he gets the opportunity.

Between the two of us, Precision is backed by more than 40 years of combined industry experience across residential construction, commercial trades, remodeling, property maintenance, and multifamily operations.

But we don't believe that knowledge should stop with us.

We work alongside our apprentices, technicians, and team members to share what we've learned, develop their skills, and build a team capable of solving problems the right way.

We also recognize that nobody knows everything. Our different backgrounds allow us to challenge each other, learn from one another, and combine our experience to find practical solutions for our customers.

As Precision grows, we want our team to grow with it — while maintaining the workmanship, communication, attention to detail, and respect for our customers that the company was built around.

What We're Building

We want Precision Handyman Services to become more than just another handyman company.

Our goal is to continue expanding the services, systems, and resources we can provide to homeowners, property managers, Realtors, and the communities we serve.

We're building a company that respects the experience and craftsmanship the trades have always required while embracing better ways of managing and delivering those services for the future.

We're not trying to build the biggest handyman company. We're working to build a better one.
